Ensuring that a critical Life Safety System is fully functional and can be depended upon in an emergency requires a proactive program that provides regularly scheduled testing and preventative maintenance. We offer a variety of service and maintenance programs on all systems that we sell, each presenting a different level of comprehensiveness and budgets. We can also custom tailor a system to meet your specific needs.

  • Our Full-Coverage Maintenance Contract includes 100% coverage of labor and parts as well as emergency service and comprehensive preventative maintenance and annual testing.
  • Preventative Maintenance (PM) Contract - routinely scheduled maintenance visits that provide Smoke Detector cleaning and sensitivity testing as well as complete system testing for code compliance; unscheduled and emergency service is billable at a discounted contract rate.
  • Testing and Inspection Contract provides a complete system test and certification available with annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly testing; unscheduled and emergency service calls are billable at a discounted contract rate.
  • Pre-Billed Service Labor Contract provides a pre-determined allotment of service labor hours billed at the discounted contract rate available for scheduling on an as-needed basis.
